We had an amazing experience with this company until it came time to pick up the delivered equipment

They attempted to reschedule the delivery to the next day which incurred a large fee from the venue.

After being informed that this was unacceptable "Samantha" informed me that there is nothing she could do and terminated the discussion. No reasoning was provided. After much arguing, the pick-up time was moved to the same day in the afternoon as opposed to the morning. Forcing us to lose our deposit.

Furthermore, much of the silverware was still dirty and many of the plates were covered with dust and dirt from not being properly packaged.

Normally I would have given three stars, but after the specifically rude customer service agent, I encourage others to seek rental service at other establishments.
