I walked into the store on E. Boone in Spokane. I had a friendly greeting and felt welcomed immediately. They don't do hard sales, other stores I felt pressured, and they followed us trying to get us to buy immediately. I'm a marketing major, I don't like pushy tactics. We were encouraged to look around on our own, which I sincerely appreciated. Nicholas, our assistant, was good at checking in on us. He suggested a few chairs and would give us time to converse and mull over our decision. He encouraged us to try everything and even repeat the tries. Nicholas was really informative, he knew his product, that helped us to make a decision in regards to our new recliners. Check out was a smooth, seamless process. Quick and easy. I walked out feeling good about my purchase, not doubting if I made a hasty rash decision and was it the right decision. I feel comfortable it was and I'm excited to receive and start using our new recliners. Thank you Nicholas for excellent customer service!!

We worked with Patrick when we bought our loveseat and oversized chair. He was great! We'd gone to Walker's first and fell in love with the set but wanted to shop around first. After going to 5 other stores and nothing compared to the set at Walkers, all we had to do was contact Patrick and he helped us do everything via text and email. It was so easy! Highly recommend Walker's for the selection, great staff and overall ease of experience.
