These workers are clearly short-staffed but remain pleasant and quite competent.
Dept of Motor Vehicles in Olympia needs to get a clue here- have telephone calls directed to YOUR office. Each staff member here meets with members of the public gathered in a never-ending line.
You cannot expect them to help the person in front of them while answering all calls and returning messages! They do a great job. Now, step up and help them out.
