Do not use the app they advertise on the wall because number one you won't be able to actually get the $10 they say they'll give you for using the app, number two you cannot use those funds anywhere other than this one laundromat, and number three there is no one to speak to to get a refund. The phone number listed does not work.

New machines, works great. Prices are reasonable. Nice place to do laundry.

Overall good. However, the employees are worked too hard. That's probably why the high turnover. The couple of employees they have left should get raises for staying. That might keep them there. As an owner should know you need to take care of your workers to keep them. And money talks. A raise can go a long ways. It is a lot of work to maintain the clean shop. Instead of keeping an employee for months, pay them well and take care of them properly so that theyll want to stay for years. There's not enough room to fold when it's busy. I do appreciate the new machines.. really good considering it's the only place around.
