It's nice having a neighborhood rental center with such a good selection of tools. Their tools are high quality and well maintained. The staff is prompt and courteous.

I rented a large stump grinder and the equipment failed!!! They had no way to fix it they didn't have another one and still charged me half a day rental!! They counter person couldn't have cared less and did nothing to offer me another machine for another day for the inconvenience, Very por customer service I will never use them again

Love their fog machine!!! Awesome for smoke tunnel special effects. Also I misplaced my receipt but they were so awesome and emailed me a copy. THANK YOU!!!!
