I keep coming back just for the great prices, customer service thou is whole different monster, most staff very unprofessional, and not very well trained nor experienced.

Waited and waited and waited until we finally called somewhere else and got better tires for a better price and it took all of 30 minutes after having waited for hours and hours with our vehicle never even touched at Walmart what a joke

Over 3 hrs for two tire replacements seems beyond unacceptable. The lack of urgency or efficiency is astounding. When I walked in, I was told by two other customers that had been waiting 4 hrs to go somewhere else, and if I hadn't had two flat tires, I would have. The management of these workers is terrible.
