I know people Hate on Wally world. But my car was in and out before u even got half my shopping done. The quick lube was quick and 3 weeks later all is as it should be

Staff who answered phone were not knowledgeable about prices of mounting, balancing, or studding tires etc. I understand everyone needs to learn but these are basic standard questions. I couldn't seem to get a straight answer so I purchased my tires at another business in Omak.

I visited the Walmart auto care center in order to pick up a couple truck batteries that I had reserved online. They told me to go to the online pickup location at the front of the store, which appears to be new at Walmart. I went to those folks, who couldn't find my batteries, and then they eventually sent me back to the auto care center where the batteries were supposed to be. Finally somebody did find the batteries, right where they're supposed to be in a room behind the in store batteries, and everything from that point on was great. when I returned the battery cores at customer service, at the request of the auto care center since I had ordered them online and they didn't understand the receipt, it took a while to figure out how to do the return there as well. But in the end, everybody was pleasant and helped the best they could.
