Did a curve side pickup. It was on time and the employee that hand over my items was so polite and nice.

Waited at the pick-up for my online order for over 30 min with my 1 year old getting more and more hungry, tired, and cranky in the back seat. Yes, I got the confirmation it was ready, yes it was within the days allotted, yes, I checked in and even spoke with the worker twice. About to leave.

Could not get through on phone. had to get out of my car twice to call attention to my pick up order. waited for half an hour. With covid at an all time high I'm paying for delivery
