The employees and especially the security guards are so excruciatingly rude! I just simply canNOT bear to continue going to that location any longer, and to be faced dealing with such disrespectful people that are intended to show humbling & kind mannerisms profusely, to the point we can feel comfortable and safe in their store... Make us want to come back again... Right? After all, isn't that... EsPeciAlly that. Showing a good working attitude, patience and spreading "happy" vibes in the workplace among other customers... I've been relentlessly picked on and insulted inconspicuously so often. I could just simply be sitting in my parked car... Sigh 😔 I could and would list and explain each and every conflict and incident I've been confronted with here, if I had the time.. but I have far more better things to do and talk about. I refuse to contribute my hard-working and well earned money to a retail location that I'm just not happy with... Hence the decision I've made to no longer shop at this specific location. What would the reason be, if it's no other than trying to hash everything out and have these issues resolved. I'm not here to air dirty laundry but to only make it loud and clear, as well as supporting the other complaint's statement below. I'm advising, if you're one to preferrably wanting to enjoy ur peaceful shopping trips, and leave with a positive experience, feeling good, wanting to return.... then this is not the place for you. Don't waste your time here. There's plenty of other locations and stores that can provide a lot more of a positive experience. Hire better staff, train your employees better. Walmart... Do better. Sigh.

I wish to preface this review by explaining that I have been a loyal customer of Walmart for decades and both my aunt aa well as one my ex-girlfriends were managerial level employees for this company. I would also like to say that this is not the first incident where I have been treated poorly by a Walmart location. That being said.....I would advise all truckers to avoid this location. So, here's the synopsis.....I am a trucker/CDL driver and I was close to my delivery location, but could not deliver until the following morning. No problem though because I needed to acquire some items on my shopping list, so I stopped at this location with the intentions of shopping and then resting for 7-8 hours in the parking lot as I have done at numerous Walmart locations throughout the country due to my understanding of their extension of a perpetual invitation to RV travelers and truckers. So I enter the Walmart and proceed to spend $150 on my personal items. Afterwards, I prepared myself and my truck for rest in what was a mostly empty parking lot. I parked as far from the door as possible and in fact I was almost on the access street. At about 6:00 AM, I was abruptly awakened by an over-zealous security guard banging on my window and screaming that he hears me inside....which he was not really hearing me, but instead my multi-media sleep aids playing through my truck's sound system. So I finally manage to shake the grogginess which can accompany a disturbed sleep state, and crack my window. This guy continues screaming at me and claims he is recording me and that I must leave the premises immediately. This man basically treated me like a criminal instead of a business owner and forced me to pack up and move less than a 1/4 mile across the shopping center and reset at that early hour of the morning thus ruining my rest cycle and mood. This man's dramatic and over-zealous behavior was completely unnecessary, insensitive and disrespectful. It should be noted that the previous security guard was justifiably not concerned about my presence and did not approach or disturb me at all. So I currently find myself very disappointed with Walmart and their treatment of CDL drivers. I expected more from Walmart, as I have spent unbelievable amounts of money in their stores over the years and even shopped at this location on the same evening of the incident. It appears that Walmart is only concerned about their profits at this point and this is no more concern allocated to customer service, collaboration or community support. Therefore, I must follow their lead and I will definitely focus only on the dollar and will not be spending as much of my discretionary dollars at Walmart in the future. This especially includes the one located directly next to my house which I frequently patronize. I do not make this decision lightly, but there are plenty of other choices out their for me to procure the same consumables which require to increase my enjoyment of life. I'm sure that a massive corporation like Walmart does not care about my opinion, but I felt compelled and obligated to warn other travelers and CDL drivers to avoid this location at the risk of a similar negative experience. Walmart may not care about my financial contributions or my patronage to their company, which I'm sure they consider to be minor and inconsequential. However, maybe many of us acting together will actually affect their EBITDA and hopefully one day some corporate accountant will take pause and push their executives and managers to re-think some of their policies and possibly better train their representatives and contractors.
