Was told my RX would be ready in 30 min
I go shopping & come back after 1.25 hours & oh we don't have anything in the system for you she digs in a bin pulls out my script puts it in the computer then says it'll be another 25 min cuz they got behind.
Had I known there was a chance it would take anywhere near this long I would not have filled and would have gone elsewhere since I had a dinner to be too at my grandparents which I have now missed
I was obviously upset and you would think they would have at least given an apology but they decided to tell me to have a better day After making me wait an hour and 20 minutes longer than they initially said it would take

Terrible customer service. I understand that some medications require additional authorizations, but its absolutely unacceptable for the pharmacy to send the authorization form they need three days after the prescription request was put in originally. These are peoples lives here. I DO NOT recommend if you want friendly and/our fast service. It will take you forever to get what you need.

I wouldn't recommend this pharmachy to anyone! I usually use Wallgreens, but had just switched insurance, and couldn't use them for the proscription I needed. I had my proscription transferred to Walmart, and I can tell you, I have never been treated so rude. I was told I would be able to pick my proscription up the same day , when I had gone to pick it up, they were rude to my husband and didn't have anything on file. I waited a couple more days and called back, the gal said they had my proscription the whole time. My frustration isn't the fact that it took a while to get my proscription, but the fact that the staff were so rude and treated me like my calls were a waste of their time. If I am going to be using your services, I expect to receive them with respect. I can not stress it enough! Its not what you know, its who you know, and I will recommend others to not use your services.
