This literally has to be the worst place ever to get your prescriptions filled. First started with the wait on the phones one time I timed it & was on hold for 20 minutes. That caused problems with Alofa. Thought they started doing Better until I had health issues & had to get meds pretty frequently sitting there tolerating them talk about me while I’m standing in front of them but they have that wall that they think they’re safe behind & above everyone else. This time really did it for me where we were told it would take 45mins. Cool we went & shopped, came back well after 45 minutes told us that the information needs to be changed it would take 10 minutes by Deborah waited & waited literally an hour went by of us waiting. While Deborah & Joanna sat there behind that wall talking down about customers. It’s quite obvious. You guys chose your job do it correctly or gtfo there.

If I could give 1/2 a star, I would, and that, only because the first young lady that served me listened to my dilemma, took my information and said that it would probably be an hour because they had to call to get the prescription transferred and one of their pharmacists had just gone to lunch. I said, fine, and gave her my phone number to call me whenever it was ready. After 2 1/2 hrs I went back to see what the deal was and nothing had been done, the bottle was right where they'd left it 2.5 hrs earlier. Then to add insult to injury, they proceeded to charge me >$70 for 1 week's worth of pills, and generics at that. This is not the first bad experience I've had with Walmart pharmacy, and I should have know better. but never again!

Walmart has the best prices around and the slowest customer service existing to mankind it took one hour and 13 minutes to fill one prescription as I lay there with the flu dying sick and their Lobby with my kids and my husband waiting in the car. On many occasions I've come into Walmart and it took them longer than any other Pharmacy that ever went to and my entire life! Prices of great product has great customer service sucks and the wait is outrageous!!!!
