I was very disappointed in the fact that there is never a photo tech there to talk to when dropping off, and when you get someone to help you they don't work in photo so they try to find the person who does. But the photo tech is so lazy that when found they wouldn't even come to photo, yet tell someone who is not working in photo what to do. This takes about a half hour instead of walking over and doing it themselves. Then when told that I would be able to pick it up the next day, in actuality it wasn't even processed that is had been dropped off for 4 days. 5 days after drop off I was able to pick up my photos. THIS IS NOT 1 HOUR PHOTO!!!!! If you need it in less than a week DO NOT take your film or disposable camera to Walmart in Redmond, OR! No customer service at all really and takes longer than quoted. Never going there again!!!!

Bend Walmart doesn’t print photos, so I chose to use the remind Walmart even though it is 30min away. I arrived about 20min ago for them to tell me my prints weren’t done even though I received an email yesterday stating they were done. They asked if I could come back, I about lost it. I am now waiting on my photos so I don’t have to make an hour trip out here tomorrow. Im now late for an important meeting. They offered a discount of 10%. A complete joke, my entire order should be free for their mess up
