Had a terrible experience at Walgreens so I went to Walmart. The Amazon young lady behind the counter was sweet, seemed to enjoy her job, had great knowledge and directed me in the right direction for my insulin. It was quick and made my day. She deserves a raise and I wish I would have gotten her name, because she was amazing!

The older woman at the door with white hair and crossed eyes needs to put her highlighter down and calm down. She is rude and abrasive. What if I get email receipts and don't want some stranger with dirty hands touching my phone? I seriously thought she was going to put her wrinkly hands on me, so I asked if I was being accused of stealing, she yelled she wanted to check my receipt for the case of sodas because they aren't in a bag, we'll duh door Karen that would be a pretty big bag that i wasnt offered! Alright I wasn't being accused so I refused to show my receipt again because I do not have to, I didn't set off any alarms, I kept walking as she yelled at me and chased me very closely to the door. I have never shown my receipt since this started, I politely say no thank you and keep on walking, or walk around the line of people waiting to show a receipt after I already waited in one of the few lines open to check out and have never had someone so hostile chase me. It's probably dangerous for her considering she is an elderly woman to get her blood pressure up like that god knows how many times a day. I will not be bullied especially after doing nothing wrong. I have seen in the news Wal-Mart is going to want us to buy yearly memberships, ✌️ bye bye Wal-Mart

I made an appointment on 9/8/24 with automotive. Two new cooper tires!. My appointment at 4pm, drove all the way from Lahontan, When I got there, I could feel the tension between two employees. As I pulled up to the bay, one associate informed me that even though I was 20 minutes early, they could not get to me until 4pm. (didn't think anything of it and went on shopping). There was only one truck in the bay, NOT BUSY AT ALL. By the time 5:20 p.m. I go to the desk and asked an associate if my truck was almost finished I had other obligations. I had asked female associate to let me out of door, as I go outside my truck hadn't been touched, the two new cooper tires still laying down in garage next to machine, with an old man STILL ON HIS PERSONAL PHONE, STILL THE SAME TRUCK IN BAY WHEN I ARRIVED. I asked the female associate what is the point of making an appointment if you can't get to it, the female associate requested me to come back to the store the next day and complain to the store manager. I informed her that I drove all the way from Lahontan and made a special trip just to get my brand new cooper tires. I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED AT THIS WAL-MART. I'm relocating my business elsewhere. FTP.
