Probably won’t be going to this store again unless there is something I can’t get anywhere else. The new rule of, 15 items or less for self checkout is ridiculous. I can understand having a few of the registers being 15 or less but not all of them. The employees first look at your basket to make sure you are within the 15 item limit, they also have a way to actually count your items while you are checking out. Not sure what the penalty will be for going over but they are certainly making sure to tell people they have to go to a cashier if they have even 1 item over the limit. If this is going to be the rule then they need to make sure there are enough cashiers to accommodate the people checking out. We will see if the Bullhead store is implementing the same policy..if so, we’ll be taking our money elsewhere.
I came to this location for an oil change and tire rotation. They were very organized and even though the wait time was long, the check-in and check-out were painless. I normally go to Kingman but i missed my appointment and walk in service is darn near impossible.
Fort Mohave staff in the auto care center were actually pleasant and not overwhelmed, rushed or grumpy. It was a pretty nice switch up and I plan on getting my services done here. It's absolutely worth the 40-ish minute drive.
