Neat and orderly establishment. Welcoming personnel greeted me immediately upon entry. All necessary products were readily available. Well-maintained restroom facilities. Quick and easy checkout process with no waiting, thanks to efficient service and self-checkout options. Ample parking space even during busy times. Conveniently situated just a short drive from the downtown area.
Just returned home from the Colville Walmart. Went to self checkout at the grocery end. An older, short, heavy set lady asked me if I had and questions. I said No. I started scanning. I was done scanning 8 small mums. She asked if they were all the same UPC. I said yes, I’m assuming. SO she takes the mums out, looks at the UPC and says, NOPE, and you just screwed up our inventory cause you lied. I was upset at this point. And said, then why don’t you ring stuff up instead of us having to do it. She said I can, you want me to, I can, cause I wouldn’t want you to mess it up again. I’m so done with this store. You guys need to train your employees on etiquette and how to speak to customers. I was a manager for 25 years at a competitor. If an employee had spoken to a customer this way, it would be instant termination.
