Lorenz 2 reviews I'm still going to rate walmart five stars because it's a great place to shop with great deals online and in store but my last order didn't go well the delivery driver never delivered my order I never received screenshot proof of the order being delivered from the driver or walmart which the company and the driver said that they had and said that they would provide me with by email but never did so I called customer service about my order and all they kept saying is that the order was delivered and that was a lie they said that a blue hyperlink showed that the order was delivered and no the hyperlink did not show that it was delivered to the address so I filed two appeals and walmart replied one time saying that the order was delivered amd that no refunds are going to be made and they also said that my account showed to many refunds requested or sent back items which as a shopper people have the right to return an item if not satisfied by the fit or damaged etc if that were a problem I wouldn't have been able to order that was a total lie and I called a walmart manager that wouldn't do anything about the issue I was just told to dispute it with my bank which I did so we'll see how that goes but like I explained to walmart what if my order was of something really expensive etc I didn't appreciate being looked at like a lier and this is where I'm just like wow about the whole situation I provided walmart with a screenshot picture of my apartment what the front building looks like with the correct address by email and not one reply to just take a person's hard earned money like that like wow really after providing you proof
