Lines for miles! If they paid me by the hour, I would leave with a full cart and they would still owe me money. Why have 13 tills and only have 2 open at a time. Not using self checkout BC I don’t work there!

They shut down self checkout before they trained any cashiers. So now you have inexperienced employees trying to check for people that have 50 items when they're clearly new at it. The few cashiers they do have up are also unbearably slow and like to make small talk. And by make small talk I mean make comments about my not being married while we're pregnant and how they're sick of all the "curly headed babies". Get this senile racist old lady off the checkout stands and train some actual people. I spend more time waiting in line for checkout than I do shopping it's ridiculous. And now the self check is card only. So even if you have under the 15 items you're being told nope, go wait in line with the big carts that are full. The manager here must not care much at all for customer service.

open the effing self check outs. I don’t want to talk to people. Why have 2 cashiers and 5 open self check outs with tons of people on line? Not to mention the creeps who do the petitions in the front who yell at you as you’re walking out the door.
