Well unfortunately I never had an issue with walmart untill today, tried to return things there and once I said it was from the sprauge store in spokane they promptly shut me down and said to go there to get a refund, isn't all walmarts the same or am I just special? I believe Dexster one of the managers made a bad call but that's just me.

Walmart pick up- I deliver for Uber on the side and every time i have a pick up at this location the employees lack quick thinking skills and communication skills. Employees bag one to two items per plastic bag then load one bag at a time; tonight it took an employee 35 minutes to load my vehicle with the groceries causing my next customer to cancel their order costing me money. Super frustrating, I think its great to hire kids without a lot of skills so they can learn but also they need to be properly trained.

Being a former cashier, I appreciate bagging my groceries. Being able to put like items together and not having the extra hands touching my things. I will choose self checknout every time. Even when their machines are super sensitive and make assistance, keep coming over.
