Chala displayed horrible service and "leadership" regarding 4 people waiting in line in the money center and brought us down to customer service, helping the person who waited the least while leaving this who waited over 30 minutes in a longer line. Just doesn't make any sense.
ETA: the last 3 times I've been in shopping since, I've been followed by loss prevention. Now I don't mind having security to do this job, but the continuous profiling when I make more than these wet-behind-the-ears males who are not shopping, is very annoying and getting to be beyond disrespectful. They could be catching actual thieves instead of messing with someone like myself who has better to do than steal. I think I'd rather give my money to Besos (is that his name? ....I can't believe I live in times that has me choosing Amazon over Walmart, but I get that power of choice!)
