If you are having a good day, keep your distance. Walmart will turn that around as soon as you need help with something. Walmart has eliminated pleasant customer service. If you need help with anything they will make sure that with 200 people stocking the floor, and 4 people in the entire store at the registers, nobody will make eye contact. The checkout is impersonal and even though you have to pay for bags (the stores get the money it isn't a tax), they make sure you bag your own groceries. If you are disabled, don't bother anybody because they are all too busy. I used to love this particular Walmart but they have made customers feel like they are nothing more than dollar bills. I will do everything to avoid this store now. I order from Amazon and go to Winco. At least Amazon doesn't pretend they're something else. The Pharmacy has nice people but the rest of the store is awful. Maybe it's the management or maybe it's the store philosophy but whatever has happened, it's obvious their employees are miserable.

Worst Walmart especially if you’re trying to get a phone in the electrical ! Nobody knows what there doing and could care less about costumer service . If a phone says a price it’s actually 200 dollars more cause there systems don’t do certain things in order to get the discount price posted and they don’t care that there signs say a false price . Especially Sonya (Sonia) she is extremely rude and will make your day horrible!
But guess what if you go 20 min to the Walmart in Ephrata they will help you and give it to you at the discount price no problem SMH!
And Matt the manger or whatever not helpful you can tell his employees run all over him!

Dirty bathrooms. Never enough cashiers. And the people that grocery shop for pick up orders do not care. Half the time you don't get what you ordered or the products are damaged from how they throw them together. Also as far as customer service there is none in this store. The employees are not friendly at all and don't help. Except for the door greeters they are the only ones that make it to where you would shop here. If there were better choices in moses lake I would stop shopping here. Also the isles are so narrow you can't even shop without bumping into someone. Then you have walmart employees shopping for the pickup customers and their carts take up most the isle so you have to wait for them. Not a good experience anytime you shop there.
