I had an extremely disappointing experience at Walmart recently. The customer service was terrible. I approached an employee named Braden for help, and not only was he unhelpful, but he was incredibly rude. When I asked for assistance in locating a product, the employee acted annoyed and dismissive, making me feel like I was an inconvenience.
Additionally, the checkout process was a nightmare. Braden was unfriendly and extremely rude . Braden seemed more interested in chatting with their coworker than providing any semblance of good service. To top it off, when I asked a question about a pricing issue, Braden responded with a condescending tone. He also took the item and put somewhere I couldn’t find it, so he missed placed the item making it an issue for somebody else to find it for a different price.
Overall, the rude behavior and lack of customer service at this Walmart location were unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
