Absolutely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the pharmacy staff, today...especially the pharmacist, who took time to actually LISTEN to what I needed, come out and help me look for what I needed, and make helpful recommendations. ONLY pharmacy out of several different stores today who actually gave a dang. Thank you so much for helping a weary traveler find allergy meds that met my needs!

The store was clean and tidy. I was disappointed that they were out of the store brand cough drops. Also, I was unable to find a metal spatula. They had plastic ones (they don't work well in cast iron). They were out of a couple of other items that I wanted. The employees were friendly.

I had to make an unfortunate return to the store. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jessica at the customer service desk and she made it a fun experience! She was super friendly to myself and my service pup. It's nice to come across people that truly enjoy their job and take customer service to another level.
If only the Tigard Supercenter could get their ish together. Maybe they could take some lessons from Sherwood!
