I'm getting frustrated with the app showing items as in stock, only to find they're actually out of stock when I visit the store. It's happened too often and makes shopping inconvenient.

It could be due to shoplifting, but items being out of stock when the app says they're available happens way too often. It's becoming a consistent issue, making me reconsider using the app altogether.

When the app works correctly it's great for finding good deals and easily locating items.

It's Walmart....but better than many. That said, they should take more pride in the appearance of their employees. When I go first thing in the morning they have employees walking around in vests that are so filthy they obviously should have been washed a week ago...as a manager, I would have sent him home immediately when I saw him. Also...the people pulling their 9nline orders should be more courteous of the customers shopping in the store. Practically got run over twice and when they had 2 of them in the aisle and taking both sides with no way to get by....just plain rude. Would be a 4-star review if their employees looked less dirty and weren't so rude.

APRIL, in vision care, went over and above the normal customer service Friday, October 4th. I came in with an arm piece broken off my glasses. I am 1500 miles from home and April said it could not be repaired and did not have a matching piece, but offered to put another on in its place …. Making my week long stay in St George ENJOYABLE !!! April would not charge me anything to ‘fix’ my glasses!!!! Thank you April! You have raised the bar with your excellent dedication to customer service!!!
