I used the self-check out and took an extra $20.00 out. I asked an employee prior to doing it, if there was an option to get $10.00 and two $5.00. I was told to just go to customer service after,. So I did only to be told they can’t break bills even if they watch you get the money out of their self checkout machine. So back in line I went to buy a pack of gum so I could break the $20.00. Might be petty but still, the girl watched me get the $20.00 out so she saw where it came from. Earlier in the morning my elderly mother called me from another state. She was shopping at a Walmart and asked an employee filling an online order to help her get something off a high shelf and he refused so she went without the item she needed since she could reach it. Do better Walmart.

Had my car serviced here in the auto center. Easily one of the poorest experiences I’ve ever had with customer service. I originally ordered 4 tires and one of their technicians installed one of them incorrectly and it went flat immediately as I got home. I went back to see what had happened and my pressure sensor was broken during the install. I then found out my tire was no longer usable because it had been slightly driven on and the rubber wore out on the inside. They told me to order a new tire on my dime for their bad install. I waited a week, went back, and they told me I couldn’t be refunded because I ordered the wrong tire. It was the same one I had ordered before, just from a different dealer. I then waited another week for my third tire to come and when I went back to get it installed they were out of new pressure sensors. For a fourth time I went back 4 days later and finally got my tires on my car. Absolutely ridiculous. Almost a month of waiting for one tire. Would not recommend.

Produce is awful. Moldy cucumbers and tomatoes always have flies around them and look gross. Also bought some fresh lettuce mix and it had a huge dead bug in it.
