This is the better of the rockford locations. That also means it's one of the busier locations as well. Overall solid experience, but they were out of stock of the item I came for.

On Father’s Day, my daughter and granddaughter were shopping for diapers and found the shelves nearly empty. I sought out an associate for assistance and met Carol, who, at 78, had just unloaded the truck and was stocking the shelves. Carol’s warmth and welcoming nature stood out as she tirelessly helped us in our search for those diapers. Her dedication and kindness made a significant impression on us.

Staff are too pushy. They don't want to help. They are always making a big deal about receipts at the door. I understand they have a job to do but if I only have two things in my hand is there really a need to check my receive after I just came out off a person cashier? Different day been waiting on pick up for 30 mints called tell me they were too busy but I see other cars the got here way after me leaving before me. SMH so disappointed
