Horribly understaffed for grocery pickup. Takes on average 30-45 minutes for them to bring out groceries. Walmart needs to staff more people for this service.

So apparently customer service isnt able to PERFORM AN EXCHANGE. If u would stop hiring these incompetent, mediocre, mindless drones maybe the people wouldn't hate u so much

Used the self service, I never do that because I don't work at Walmart but lines where to long!!! I put in an extra $20. The machine gave me the correct change back however the person who hung over grabbed my money and said "why did you get so much money back" after the manager looked at the camera he told her to give the money back!!!!! I guess then she believed me
