Well I'm not a big fan of checking myself out of a nite time or being watched like a thief, nor do I like the feeling of being unsafe. I won't go there of a night no more.

I just want to give a big shoutout to the manager at union Walmart for calling me today, very kind and appreciate it so much! Don’t know his name, but thank you for being so awesome and helping me with my problem. Always check your stuff before you leave Walmart incase you have an Ink device and have no way of getting it off. The gentleman guided me through what to do and can’t be thankful enough for people like this. Thank you thank you!

Terrible customer service! Placed an order for delivery between hours of 7pm-9pm on Sunday. Got a message stating it would be delayed up to 2 hours. Called the store to ask why it would be delayed and was told they couldn’t find my order. Started a chat on Walmart.com who confirmed my delivery was coming from this crap store so I called back and was greeted “hi we found your order.” And then was told they don’t know why it’s delayed, they hire a 3rd party company to do deliveries and the driver just “hasn’t showed up.” Didn’t know it was an option to offer a service you don’t have drivers for but ok. Rescheduled the delivery for Monday between 4-6pm and what to my surprise, 6:46pm comes along and I’ve heard NOTHING FROM THEM! Called again, they just tell me again, driver hasn’t showed up. They should probably not offer delivery if they don’t have guarantee drivers for it. I will never shop at this location and possibly no Walmarts at all, I’d rather give my money to Schnucks! Terrible customer service all around and would not recommend this store to my worst enemy.
