Yesterday Saturday, Dec 09,2023 weekend time, I went to Walmart Cocktails Center to shop, and after making a substantial purchase, I requested them to provide me with a large bag instead of the small one they offered after payment. They informed me that they only had a small size available. I asked to speak with the manager, and Mr. Jonathan Do, who apparently is the manager of Walmart Cocktails, came and rudely stated that they only have small bags. Consequently, I had to pack my extensive purchases into several small bags and struggled to carry them back to my apartment.

I have had a few unpleasant encounters with an older woman with short white hair and glasses who works at the electronics section. Each time I see her, she behaves rudely and stares at me in a way that makes me feel really uncomfortable. She seems really unhappy and becomes visibly upset whenever I ask her about a product. It appears that she is miserable working there, and she seems to make it her mission to ruin my day. Her demeanor and attitude creates a very negative shopping experience for for and I bet many other people. How dose this woman even get a job with this character I'm so speechless.

My friend was being pursued by a large group of teenage boys who had intent to physically harm my friend. I asked an employee well before the altercation broke out to phone a manager… security… help? and the employee told me it was not his job. Security and a manager were not called until my friend was eventually pushed to the ground. The employees here have zero care for the customers or general safety and I feel this could have been prevented if the employee had simply called security like I asked.
