Witnessed 2 separate incidents of people pretending to be customers but not paying at the self checkout in a span of 2 weeks. The lady employee didn’t even bother to stop them as they were walking away and just cancelled the transaction. I’m pretty sure it would be a different story if the shoplifters were different.

Sooo many rude employees who are too lazy to restock shelves properly. There have been multiple items stocked in shelves with the wrong tags. This lady at the register was so rude and didn’t even change the price, as per policy. Someone has posted a picture of the same lady in these reviews.

Closest store to me, but I really hope they improve their attitude towards customers. There's a lady there that limps. She usually follows me when I go to the self checkout and cross-check everything I buy on her handheld device. It's embarrassing, and I feel targeted and profiled anytime she does that. A little diversity in staff, i believe, would solve many customer service problems and strive to understand different cultures that all live in the surrey community. I will continue giving the store 1 star reviews every time I go there until they treat me with kindness
