The worst service I've ever experienced.
I have been to several Walmart stores before, but never had such terrible service as in this store.
We went to a store to buy a bicycle. The bicycles do not have price tags, so I asked a staff member who looked at me unpatienly and raised her voice, "which one do you want to see?". I show her the bikes I like, she scanned and tell me the price. After she was done, she just walked out and continue her work, we said thanks, but she didn't respond and ignored us.
After a few minutes, we asked her if she could help us lower the bicycle from the rack. In response, she said, "I cannot bring it down for you". When I asked her "Who can help me on this ", she said, "if you want you can ask the manager, look for the short old lady, she is the manager and she can help you." The tone she used was irritating and frustrating, because I asked her to help me get the bike off the rack.
She just continued working and ignored us again after saying this. To be honest, I have no idea how to respond to this. It was quite a shock to me. It's understandable if they are busy, but it shouldn't have to be responded in this manner.
It is almost 80% certain that I will buy this bicycle, but we walk away before I lose my temper.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!
PS: It was 9pm, the store close at 11pm. So, they are not rushing for closing as well.
I had a disappointing experience at the store yesterday. I asked an associate named Sam to help me find a product. When he checked on his device, it showed there was one unit available in the back room. However, instead of checking, he told me, “If it’s not on the floor, we don’t have it.”
I pointed out that his device confirmed the product was in the back room and politely asked him to check, but he refused, insisting it wasn’t there. After searching the floor and not finding it, I requested again for him to double-check, but he still refused.
It felt like Sam was more interested in avoiding the effort than helping a customer. This kind of dismissive attitude made for a really frustrating experience. If this is the level of service Walmart provides, it seems like they aren’t too interested in doing business anymore.
Be cautious when purchasing produce from Walmart. They have a tendency to mislabel the origin of their produce items, which can be misleading for consumers looking for specific quality or sourcing information. Always double-check the labels and, if possible, verify with store staff to ensure you are getting what you intend to buy.
The rotisserie chicken used to come in a container with a small paper Handle because it is extremely hot. Now the price of chicken has gone up and there aren't any handles anymore. I came to Walmart today because I needed some stuff. I noticed that their prices have gone up and now it's more expensive than save-on and freshco. I got a few things, but when I came to pay, I saw the lineup was all the way to the end of the store. I just put my stuff away and went to a different store.
I haven't been here for a while, but when I walked in, I noticed that most of the cashiers were gone, It's all self-checkout. I just needed Pop-tarts. When I went to the self-checkout to pay, I noticed that all the checkouts were broken except 2. I feel bad that the cashiers are being replaced by self-checkouts
They run out of stock easily... They don't refill the shelves. They charge for thin plastic bags that break so easily. The washrooms are filthy, and not even that they let beggars with huge signs inside of the store without doing anything about it. After a while, I went to Walmart, and the stuff needed to be out of stock, and the prices were way more expensive than fresco. And don't get me started with the security guard by the entrance, so many pissed off customers. He harasses everyone. But the other person by the door who greets you, Mr. Anker is a super nice guy. 👇👇 this creamer was only $2,97 at the fresco.
