Screw this walmart. Customer service doesn't answer the phone. Literally, picked up the phone and hung up. Didn't even say "Hello." And then I call back, and FINALLYA got through, and they transfer me, and the same thing happened. Then I call back two more times and the last time, the lady was rude, telling me she doesn't know if they have the item I'm looking for. I told her which section I found it in in the other walmart. She transfers me and then after waiting, I never talked to another person, I got hung up on AGAIN. So the staff here does not answer the phone. I call four times, and it just rings and rings, or you get that elevator music, and then you hear the phone get picked up, and then click And if you actually do get through, the staff is going to be rude as hell. Screw this place. Screw the staff. On the phone for 45 minutes. Stupid
The prices go up and down all the time so you never know what they're going to be. And the larger format of some products is sometimes more expensive per unit than the smaller format. Pop-Tarts (2.97 for 8 works out to 8.91 for 24 but a box of 24 is 9.97) and Krema Greek yogurt (alternates between $10.27 and $14.98, which is up from $14.48 a week ago). Those are just 3 that I noticed. Update 11/28/2023: Pop-Tarts are up to $3.47 so are no longer cheaper than the bigger box. Update 01/28/2024: Pop-Tarts are back to 3 boxes for $9 so are back to being cheaper than the bigger box. And last week, Gatorlyte drinks were $1.97. This week they are up to $2.98, an increase of 51%.
