Went for a basic return. Customer service staff was about as bright as thick mud. Almost like they didn’t want to help/know anything. Went to London Drugs instead for end purchase. Had bright, friendly and knowledgeable staff that actually knew what planet they were on.
What is happening?? Rollback?.. yeah keep rolling.

My husband and I went into the customer service today to return a Kaloric Air Fryer. There was only one person to help 3 people. The cust. serv. lady, Kitty, was calm and professional. The night before I’d tryed to get some info from the website but it kept saying “they’d be right back” and I was unable to bring up my purchase history. I was worried about the return because I had ordered it online and hadn’t printed out a receipt at the time I received it. Kitty explained that she only had limited access on her computer and entered the order # that on the website told me was invalid but all the info came up. Even though I was over the 90 day return window, the return was accepted. Yay!! Kitty said I’d get an email and my refund would take 5-10 days. I was so relieved, I came in all worried and left 10 minutes later all happy, thanks to Kitty and Walmarts reasonable return policy. Before retiring, I worked for 35 yrs at a major food retailer, several years were in customer service in Vancouver. Never a dull moment with the public. Kitty has all the right qualities to do her job well. She was organized, a good multi-tasker, calm, professional but caring and had good communication skills. She would be an asset to any company and I hope she is appreciated by Walmart. She will go far I’m sure.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS WALMART. I ordered $310 worth of product online for delivery the next day between 12:00 noon and 1:00pm because I wasn't getting home until 12:00 noon. I got home at 12:02pm and then waiting for my order to arrive. After 2 hours, I checked in and Walmart said the order was delivered and left at my front door at 11:48am. Someone must have followed the delivery driver and then took everything before I got home. I contacted the RCMP and Walmart and Walmart originally said they would give me a full refund because they didn't follow the delivery instructions. After 2 months I was credited only $13.97. That it. I'm out $300. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS WALMART. I hope my message can save someone else this horrible and expensive experience.
