The customer service representative named Kritika is very rude and foolish Every time she comes to us and ask us to sign up for the Walmart credit card. We have told her severaltimes that we already have it and we don’t need any more of it. But she doesn’t understand. I think she should confirm first if we have it already or not. And moreover i saw her talking to one of the customer very rudely. She should learn some basic mannerism and politeness before serving or interacting with customers.

I have been to multiple Walmart's price matching their online store, knowing their policy on "Sold and Shipped by Walmart"
The Policy is and I quote: "Items sold in store by Walmart may be eligible for a price match to online items shipped and sold by Walmart"
This is the first Walmart to ever tell me I can't and lied to my face about how corporate told them they can't price match "marketplace items" even though I clearly showed them it was Sold and Shipped by Walmart!
Working for Walmart, the Manager at the Customer Service didn't know a dime about their own policy and even after she read it, she still refused to give me the item for the correct price! Awful customer service, worst ever across the board. If she can't deal with the stores own policy and creates her own policy then she shouldn't be the Manager!
I have reported this location to corporate to deal with the mess of a store this is, improper pricing and unfriendly staff.
Avoid this location at all costs!
