Not a bad store overall however you may want to put on some ear protection when entering. There is consistently someone SCREAMING into their PA system trying to locate an employee. It's RUDE and annoying.
Edited May 10 2024. Second time in two weeks that pricing on shelf differs from that charged. Overcharged. Not impressed.

Different areas of the store are more susceptible to loud PA announcements than others when staff are constantly looking for employees. It's deafening towards the back of the store yet quiet at the front. Actually cringed. Ridiculous to subject shoppers to this many decibles. Their announcement system has to be balanced properly so it's normal in all areas. I like this store but this is enough to have me shop elsewhere.

An employee in the self-serve area wanted me to rate her after I served myself. Really? At least they've stopped pushing me to get their Walmart credit card. Enough of that thanks.
Ordered a heavy item from Walmart. Walmart uses Day and Ross Freight, Surrey for delivery of items. These delivery persons were absolutely rude and unwilling to work/complete their delivery. I was getting a large item delivered and even offered to help by picking up the item from one side. But the delivery persons were completely unwilling to help. They literally threatened to leave the delivery on curb.
I would recommend Walmart stop doing any business with Day and Ross. It hurts Walmart’s customer experience. Checkout the Google reviews from Day and Ross Surrey’s customers and you will know right away that they are not the right partners for Walmart.
