Apparently Walmart in Colville is choosing to keep it simple these days. Yes that is what I was just told by the associate. Evidently the optamologist chooses not to bill insurance's anymore. She also sets her own schedule. ONLY in on Thursdays. Well good for her. Now this is costumer service. Everything about this Colville lactation sucks. My mother can't even do her shopping anymore Self Checkout FU

I had went here today to get a pair of glasses because my previous was broken, I picked out a pair that I wanted and the transaction had started, I was given my options as far as prices and then the agent just stated that it was her time to go to lunch!! In the middle of a transaction?? So of course i was frustrated and left and will go to lenscrafters Fri, probably pay more but oh well!!! I have worked in customer service a long time, and my core belief is to own an issue untill resolved!! Not get halfway through and go to lunch!! Absurd!!
