My daughter's glasses broke. We came to see Heather who told us the glasses were under warranty. She popped out the lens and put them in the exact same frames in five minutes, and we were on our way. Heather is my new best friend!

I've had a lot of eye exams, and Alice Nguyen was the best optometrist I've ever seen. Her capacity to use simple tools to assess me was incredibly impressive (I've only been to places with incomprehensible medical assessment machines.) At the end she brought up my needs and the intersection of my means, an expression of empathy I've never gotten from a medical professional. I'd recommend her to absolutely anyone.
