Connie has always been so awesome every time I've have come in for glasses, repair of my glasses and she always has a smile. I should let you know, I'm from Pilot Rock, Oregon. Her knowledge in this field is worth the trip.

This is a Great place for eye exam and eye wear purchases. They have affordable eye glasses and work with many insurance carriers. Dr. Owen is very kind, polite and professional. Anna Ramirez, Manager of Richland Vision Center and her team are very thorough. They are always super nice. Anything you need, Anna and her team will make sure you obtain it. My family and I, always receive great care of our needs. I truly recommend this location for anybody for their optical needs.

They did not give me a printed copy of my prescription when I completed my appt. When called for my prescription they would not email or send it to me, and asked that a 'facility' call me or I travel across the country and get it in person! I believe this goes against the Eyeglass Rule enforced by the Federal Trade Commission? I had to call 1800CONTACTS to straiten everything out. The doctor is amazing, but staff and customer service aren't worth the hassle. They want you to buy their stuff I get it, but living my whole life getting glasses I HAVE NEVER had an office not give me a printed prescription, nor deny me access to my own prescription.
