Amazing staff, very helpful, and kind. Mrs Chun OD did a very thorough exam. Took time to explain my vision and put together a good game plan to help me see better. For me the drive it worth it, because of the knowledge and professionalism I experience with the entire staff.

Fantastic service at the Covington Walmart vision center! Marisol helped me and was so knowledgeable, professional and pleasant! She offered great suggestions and showed me styles that would be more flattering. She suggested options to save money or get the best value for my money! Excellent sense of humor and such a pleasure to work with!

Tried to make an appointment and ask a couple questions because my glasses are being held together with super glue atm and I’m in need of a new pair. I was asking a question that had NOTHING to with any items or anything and the young POTENTIALLY middle eastern man (he never gave his name) apparently did not understand and said he doesn’t think the doctor has that stuff. I asked what stuff he was referring to because I didn’t say anything about any stuff and continued to ask if he was confused or something. The young man continued to cut me off in mid sentence like he had been doing the entire call. So I walked up there to figure out what was going on and try to figure out the issue with my glasses and complain about the young man. I spoke with Miss Dashawn when I got there and she was very polite. Mind you I was NOT yelling, cussing, screaming or belittling ANY of them. Dashawn went and spoke to the young man and when she came back out she said that DR CHUN cancelled my appointment because she said I was rude for what I said but yet has no problem with the associate being rude and disrespectful by cutting people off in mid sentence and hanging up on them. And now Dr CHUN has stated she refuses to see me over this. Like how is it not ok to ask a question to see if something needs clarified but it’s completely ok to be rude and disrespectful and cut people off and hang up on them.
