Pretty much the same aisle arrangement as everywhere. This makes it easy to navigate though most packages look quite different. Employees are willing and happy to help. Definitely a cool place to shop.

I was unable to purchase what I came for. I found the products myself but it was locked up and the customer service desk and floor staff acted like they couldn’t help me and their attitudes were poor. I ended up leaving the store w/o purchasing the items I came for. I feel like I wasted valuable time and gas coming to a store just to re-routed by its poor customer service. Im better off shopping Amazon, as the wait in a mail order is comparable to the wait on staff-assisted store purchases foe locked up items, and better if I can bypass the poor attitudes.

I went in to get a computer, and the first guy I talked to went to retrieve it, then came back some time later empty-handed, not even acknowledging me. After I asked him about it he seemed to have forgotten and left again, only for him to come back with a dark grey computer, when I had asked for silver, claiming that they were "out of stock". There was also a long line of people, and only one employee manning the electronics desk.
