Used to shop here for about 10 years in early 2000's. Moved away and recently started shopping there again. NOTHING, in NO WAY, shape OR form would lead ANYone to think I'm a risk for shoplifting. Yet, you have not only employees ALL of a sudden 'breathing down your neck' as IF you're about to...their registers also seem to be rigged! showing 'system error' followed by 'payment declined' BEFORE I even input my password. The same lady (who was 'eyeing me') came over and told me it wasn't working, becuz it's declined. I calmly said: " No, it's not...I just used it and I know there's $. Also, I said it didn't even ask me for p/w. She said not a word. I reentered debit for a 3rd time with her onlooking, and it then gave me the option to enter p/w and transaction was completed. This area of So.King I have no doubt, has experienced many issues with shoplifting. But, when I looked around the self-checkout(which I never use) there were tons of people who of course were not being watched like a hawk; though many looked possibly homeless or 'new citizens perhaps--Completely UNLIKE myself. I'm not gonna use the R word...but, I'm sure many know EXACTLY what I'm talking about.

You need to hire more knowledgeable employees or start training them seriously. I supposed to by a video game for my son and found out there’s no disc in the cover, I took it back to CS and almost accused of taking the disc, until I showed them it was written on the cover “no disc included” despite that I didn’t get refunded. Total ripoff and stealing my money.

Absolutely disgusting, homeless everywhere and everything locked up with extensive wait times, parking lot was full of broken down cars and I felt like I was gonna get robbed walking in. Drive to another one, not worth it.
