I ordered a couch for delivery because it was too large to fit in my car. After it said it was delivered nobody ever delivered anything, I even checked at the property management office (because Walmart has done that before to me where they just brought it there instead of to me). I called the store the customer service agent was rude said i don;t want to help you. Got another employee who just said oh well we don't do the deliveries that's a 3rd party company you're going to have to call them. Now I feel like Walmart just scammed me out of $240 with no answers!

There is a guy named Jackie that works in the electronics department and he is absolutely amazing I call him Jackie the phone Guru because he goes above and beyond to help everyone with their phone issues. He has been my savior for many years now every time I bought a new phone he always helps me get everything transferred from my old one to my new one and he is always extremely helpful! Thank you for everything you do Jackie I appreciate you very much brother! Walmart you need to give this guy a raise asap! LOL

It’s too bad this place is in the same parking lot as Safeway. This place is so busy. It should absolutely be a super Walmart. I can occasionally find the things I need, the staff are all super friendly and definitely not compensated enough for the levels of bs they often have to deal with. The folks over at Money services are always so kind and so professional even when the people around them are not. This is a true testament to their skill and character. I wish they were a super Walmart, the lack of food and alcohol is saddening, and I know there’s nothing they can do about it as Safeway has the monopoly on the food and booze market of the Shadle area…
