Went to look for matching shirts with my lads and the lady yelled at us when we went looking for stuff other than shirts, it’s like we were forced to look at only one area of the store, we proceeded to tell her we’ll take our business somewhere else

We have stopped at this store every time we have been to St. John. The woman behind counter was very rude and obnoxious. I seriously wonder if this woman has dementia based on her behavior. We will never stop or shop here again. Would give this store zero stars if I could. Stay away unless you have a desire to be insulted. If this is the same woman, she apparently has a nasty attitude and demeanor toward people in general based on prior reviews. Enter this store at your own risk and beware you have been warned.

The woman running this place is ridiculous. My husband, daughter and I were in and discussing the colour of a wallet when. She accused us of arguing and kicked us out of the store. She's an ahole and should hire someone with the customers service skills that she lacks to deal with people. I truly hope she has grandkids that leave Lego's around for her to step on daily. She lost a sale today and I did indeed spread the word. I'll never darken her. Door again. Imagine being kicked out of a store for discussing a colour with your family.
