Walters Management staff & HOA staff demonstrated a true balance of compassion & professionalism during a family emergency. I received notice that my garage door needed re-painted but I was out of town for an indefinite period of time. I was provided multiple extensions without any pressure, which was one less stress during a difficult time. THANK YOU to all involved!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional assistance provided by the association assistant manager Miss Birch. I found her responsiveness and dedication truly commendable. she is very kind person that listens to members of community, I was so confused about what i am being penalized for with the slope specially that my husbend put so much effort to keep it up in a good standing
Miss Karen was patient with me enough to send me photos and circle the areas that i need to fix , she was nice , helpfull and professional

I'm new to HOA and This Management company has provided me with exceptional service. I've worked very closely with "Karen Birch" who has provided me very detailed information on rule and regulations as well how to be proactive as oppose to reactive. She has made the process of getting to know and understand the proper "rules of thumb" based on my community. I am very grateful and appreciative of her professionalism, experience, as well as understanding to individuals who are new to HOA's. Everyone needs a Karen on their team.
