If you want to book with a company that does not inspect their AirB&B then book here. I stayed with my family Labor day weekend at the most beautiful location in Big Bear, CA. The cabin looked great. However, it was infested with ants, the roof leaked when it rained, floor tiles were broke causing us to constantly try to keep our toddler away due to the fear of him being cut, and the toilets did not work. We called immediately after arrival for a plumber to come out. We were told they may not arrive until the next day, which was unacceptable considering we had multiple small children in the home. After 2 hours, a plumber arrived and fixed the toilets and backed up sinks. Then, 1 week later we received a $600 bill for the plumber coming out stating it was caused by us flushing baby wipes. That's funny, all our kids are potty trained, we don't use baby wipes, and we hadn't even used the toilets when we contacted them with the issue. What a joke! For my first experience with an AirB&B I'm pretty disappointed, especially since I've always heard good things. If you're going to run a business, please make sure your amenities are safe and functional and not just pretty for the online viewing.

MISREPRESENTATION
When we were looking to rent a vacation rental, we tapped into Wander Collective. Their pictures of the property are to say MISSLEADING. The outside area, is DIRTY and BROKEN chairs. The balcony is DIRTY cobwebs on the barbeque and dirt. It needs to be CLEANED before any use. I didn't rent a place to have to clean it to use it.
No propane in the very small tabletop fire pit. It looks HUGE in the pictures.
Inside the drains run slow and gurgle. The kitchen faucet is very loose. We had to go to a park to relax outside BECAUSE our outside was unusable. We could look next door at a place that is beautiful and what we thought we were renting.
BEWARE of Wander Collective.
