Stayed here to go clamming last Feb. upon waking up in the morning was using the restroom and water dumped on my head as I was using the toilet. the ceiling vent above the toilet was leaking and filled to the point that the trim ring could no longer be supported by the springs and it dumped all of the water out. spoke with staff and they were nice and very apologetic. however, calling to make arrangements for another trip this fall for clamming I'm finding out they do not hold true to their word. I was promised a discounted stay for the inconvenience of getting a cold shower from the ceiling that morning. they offered me a stay at a rate MORE than what I can book it on their OWN website for. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere for my clamming trips this winter.

It was a nice room but beware of a damaged railing on #2. The Captain's Quarters. Wanderlust Inn Ocean Shores WA. A child can easily fall a story to the pavement. I have notified the facility. If I hear it gets fixed I will change this. Just trying to warn others.

Pros: Suite was nice and large, fenced in area/patio. Washer/dryer in suite. Comfy leather couch. Full kitchen with all utensils and cookware. Pool table.

Cons: staff leaving fenced area open, worried my dog would run out. Staff was doing construction on an employee bathroom so they were making a lot of noise and I. And out of that fenced in area. Plates, bowls and cups were on a shelf so high I couldn't reach it. BEDS WERE SO HARD THE FLOOR WOULD'VE BEEN SOFTER. Hard wood floors got dirty quick, would've been nice to leave a Swiffer mop in there for guest to use if they would like.
