Great experience at the store today. Was in and out. Everything comes with the glasses: lens material coating. No upsells. They also give a pair of glasses to those in need. Kids under a certain age get them free. They really give back. I even have insurance and they were less expensive. Don’t hesitate. Great styles too!

I recently visited Warby Parker and had a fantastic experience. Marlene, the optician, was incredibly friendly and informative. She fixed my glasses quickly and efficiently, all while making the process easy to understand. Marlene even took the time to give my daughter a sticker, which made her day. The customer service here is top-notch, and I highly recommend Warby Parker for all your eyewear needs!

LOVE my glasses! The service at the WP Fashion Valley store is fantastic! I had a great time trying on the glasses and the customer service person was phenomenal.
