I had a very nice experience with Ward - I checked out some pairs he suggested and was very surprised with the service and professionalism he showed. He helped me and answered my questions very patiently, while also explaining me Warby’s values as a company of giving back. They had a Buy a Pair to donate a Pair to someone in need going on. I walked away with a nice all purpose pair and would definitely come back, especially for Ward's service and enthusiasm!
