This place is awesome. The atmosphere around the Ice Blocks is pretty cool. There are eateries and a See's Candy on the block and the workers at the store make you feel valued. Parking can be difficult, at least on a Saturday. The spaces are pretty wide though. The staffer that helped with was so great. I really trusted their opinion about how my new glasses looked. Pricing was simple and straight forward. The customer service of the workers really made me feel like me spending money there was important to them. They weren't pushy, they were friendly. I would much rather have great service and delayed glasses than substandard service and same day glasses. Warby Parker will be my new place for glasses for the foreseeable future.

The staff here are always patient and helpful. I never feel rushed and my concerns are taken seriously. They are invested in making sure my purchase is what I expected and willing to spend the time adjusting as necessary. I have received excellent help from every employee at this location.

Extremely disappointed. I was incorrectly charged for three pairs of glasses when I only bought two. I have waited to write this review in hopes they would resolve the issue, but they did not. They made the receipts and refund process so convoluted and confusing that I have been in a battle with them and my bank for three months trying to get refunded. Three months later I still was charged for three glasses. I am done fighting them over a $250 change but will NEVER use them again and will NEVER recommend them.
