Had a great experience here for an eye exam + choosing new glasses! Staff were all very kind and helpful! Eye doctor was great and answered my questions about getting progressive lenses. The parking lot is small, so give yourself extra time to find a spot.

I thought going to Warby Parker would be a great idea because of being able to get an eye exam and the variety of glasses they offered.
- The eye appointment went fine, however when I got home I was notified of an order for new glasses which I did not make.
- I did go back a week later and purchase a new pair of glasses. However, when they arrived, they were the wrong size.
- I tried calling the store for help and got routed to a customer care center which was of no help other than telling me I have to back to the store for help. I find it ridiculous that there is no way to contact a store directly.
Not a happy customer
