Kay at Southcenter was awesome in helping me pick out new frames. I first did the Home try on which really helped me narrow my choices. The process in store was pretty quick and painless. I highly recommend Warby Parker and particularly this Southcenter location!

Very friendly and attentive staff. The store is very shopable and easy to navigate. Bryce acted as my hype man and helped me pick the best frame for my everyday needs, skin tone, and face shape. Great experience!

I walked after looking at some on line options I wanted to see. They were busy but one of their associates named Linda jumped from one customer to me and asked if I need help. I told her I had some I was going to try on. She asked if I knew which ones? I gave her 5 names and she told me to hold on. In less than a minute all 5 were in front of me. She said try them, I’ll be right back. She jumped to the other customer then came back to me in a few and we picked out the winner. I was very impressed with Linda and I could see the other associates being very helpful to people as well. So even though it’s out of network for me I’m getting my glasses there. I like the frames and the people.
